About the event
Most real estate agents are trapped in the "operational quicksand"—juggling administrative tasks, organizing transaction files, and manually responding to common client inquiries.
In this focused 2-hour tactical session, you will learn how to turn your Google Business Profile (GMB) and KW Workspace into leverage machines that drive local lead generation and reclaim your operational time.
This isn't a complex tech build. It is a practical, step-by-step masterclass showing you how to connect your local Google presence with your KW Workspace tools so your business runs smoothly in the background.
Pre-Class Requirement
Before attending: You must have your Google Business Profile (GMB) account created. Walkthrough videos are available in the training section of Agents Only.
What You Will Learn & Setup:
Setting Up Your GMB & KW Workspace Connection: Discover how to utilize your KW Google Account to host, manage, and optimize your Google Business Profile for local real estate search dominance.
Streamlined Client Reviews & Lead Capture: Learn how to collect client reviews on GMB and use KW Workspace templates (Gmail & Google Forms) to automate post-closing review requests and initial lead intake.
Organizing Your Business in KW Drive: Create an easy-to-manage storage system in KW Drive for your GMB local posts, market updates, listing photos, and transaction assets so you never waste time searching for files.
Time Leverage & Daily Systems: Set up simple calendar workflows and Gmail shortcuts within your KW Workspace to spend less time on admin tasks and more time generating revenue.
The 120-Minute Promise
You won't just learn concepts—you will leave with practical, plug-and-play habits using GMB and your KW Workspace tools that immediately free up your schedule.
What to Bring: Bring your laptop, your GMB credentials, and your KW Workspace login.
